Prompt callout on a weekend with no nasty call out charges. JG Locksmiths explained what the problem was most likely to be and advised a cost. This was considerably less than some of the others I called,who on call actually didn’t have someone in my area anyway despite stating an hour call out. I am glad they did, Tim was friendly and helpful on the phone and arrived very quickly and did a very neat and tidy job to get the door open and replace the broken part. Really nice to get a good old fashioned tradesman. Five stars!

Called JG to change the locks for my new property and Jason did a lovely job of fitting an anti-snap lock. I feel safer at home because of the features of this lock!
